Well...
The thing is, ratatouille is just a fancy word for sautéed vegetables. So when it's called ratatouille I expect something special. I mean. it's has it's own movie! But it's not special. It's just sautéed vegetables.
Here's the recipe from Real Simple. Make it if you want to feel fancy with your veggies!
P.S. Sometimes Jefe buys cucumbers instead of zucchini :-)
